The annual BASS User Conference has just ended, and this year’s event was a great experience with the attendance of over 200 representatives from 42 companies.
BASS greatly values customer feedback to improve our offerings. This has been underlined by our yearly commitment to hold events such as this without fail. This year however, travel has not been a viable option for most due to the ongoing pandemic – and that meant opting for going digital. We’re glad we took the plunge!
User participation was as essential as always in making this event lively and fruitful as we detailed the latest highlights in our company and product roadmap. Participants remained engaged with the process, and information exchange was enlightening and productive during the module workshops. We cannot thank our customers enough for taking part and contributing their feedback during our knowledge-sharing sessions; user input has always been invaluable for us.
With 30-40% of our total revenue invested yearly into development, it’s our privilege to be able to tap into the expertise of our strong and experienced customer community to ensure we are meeting users’ needs as we move into the future. In this spirit, we look forward to many more successful events next year.
2020 marked the first time BASS went digital with our User Conference but it certainly won’t be the last!
